Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are confirmed defective, misprinted, or fulfilled in error on our part — including print quality issues, color reproduction errors, transfer film defects, or shipping the wrong item. Because our products are custom-printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or customer-side ordering errors (incorrect file uploads, wrong size, color, or quantity selections, or transfers that have already been applied to a garment or other substrate).

To start a return, contact us at info@cobradtf.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our prepress team will review and confirm eligibility. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
All Cobra DTF products are custom-printed to your specifications, and we do not accept returns except for defective, misprinted, or merchant-error situations as described above. Specifically, we do not accept returns for: (a) transfers that have been applied to apparel or any other substrate; (b) change of mind or buyer's remorse; (c) artwork that printed correctly to the file or specification you provided but did not meet your expectations once printed, absent a print-quality or color-reproduction defect on our part; (d) sale items or gift cards.


Replacements and exchanges
For confirmed defective or misprinted items, our default remedy is to reprint and reship the affected order at no additional cost. If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, let us know at the time you submit the return. We do not exchange one design or product for a different one — if you want a different design, size, or product, please place a new order.


Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, with the following exceptions: (a) where a guaranteed Next-Day delivery fails to arrive on time, as described in our Shipping Policy (this exception applies to all U.S. destinations where Next-Day service is offered, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories); and (b) where a package is lost in transit or shipped to the wrong address due to our error. Free Express Shipping applies only to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States (and Washington, D.C.). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not eligible for free Express Shipping.


Combined and split shipments
Shipping fees are charged per order, not per package. See the Package Configuration section of our Shipping Policy for how combined shipments (multiple orders consolidated into one package) and split shipments (one order across multiple packages) are handled. Shipping-fee adjustments after consolidation are not automatic refunds and are handled as goodwill at our discretion.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
